Section 125
Salary Allowance during the pendency of the case
In the case of any person under the jurisdiction of this Act who is in custody for any charge or under suspension, the designated officer may withhold his salary and allowances until the case is disposed of for the execution of clause (b) of sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 123.
